The controlpanel interface sets parameters for all shops across all websites on a server.

Anonymous baskets are baskets that have been created for shop users who are not identified by a Manila membership cookie, so their identity is not tied to a membership record. They last until the user enters the checkout process, in which case the identity must be established, or they are discarded because of lack of activity. The discard process is called a Garbage Collection. You can set the lifetime of an anonymous basket and the time between checks for expired anonymous baskets.
