The addin

The goal is to provide an interface to maintain a sets of switches in a table at config.manilaPlugins. Each plugin has a sub-table, for example, the commentIt plugin has an entry at config.manilaPlugins.commentIt.

Each of these tables in turn has an entry for each website which is authorised to use the plugin. So this website - baylys - has an entry at config.manilaPlugins.commentIt.baylys. The type and nature of the value is unimportant, it is the presence of the entry that matters.

Since many plugins do not have a #security script, there is no point in maintaining a flag for them, so by default a plugin isn't shown unless it has a #security entry.
