Mail server setup

Assuming that the account through which fingerserver is to receive emails is Frontier, then the account setup - as seen in EIMs - is as follows. Other mails servers must be configured similarly, even if they don't support the notifymail feature because fingerserver can poll the mail server

Each manila website must have a distinct account, illustrated by this configuration.
