accessTimestampString Macro

This macro returns a string describing the time based constraints that apply to this message, in the context of the time of asking. The strings used can be constructed in mutiple languages, by localising manilafixer strings (See TranslateAid plugin for help on how to do this.)

The strings, in English, are

• is unrestricted
• expired at [[expiryDate]]
• is accessible until [[expirydate]]
• was accessible between [[releaseDate]] and [[expirydate]]
• was released on [[releaseDate]]
• will be accessible between [[releaseDate]] and [[expirydate]]
• will be released at [[releaseDate]]
• will expire at [[expiryDate]]

[[releaseDate]] is replaced by the message releasedate, if defined. [[releaseDate]] is replaced by the message releasedate, if defined.
