loginForm Macro

Returns the HTML for the login form of the Manila website it is called in. Only the form is returned, the standard Userland supplied text is stripped away. This allows placing the login form at the convenience of the designer. If a page is viewed by a logged in member, the macro returns an empty string (exactly as Manila does).
