How linguist Plugin changes Manila behaviour

• Editors viewing stories in the site structure, see an 'Edit in Frames' button and an 'Edit in Pages' button for stories from one of the language directories.
• The link to create new story is changed to a page that looks like this To create a new stand alone story, choose the link from the new Ntuple page.
