Problems with High ASCII on a Macintosh

Macintosh native character set is different to that used on the web. Manila stores data in native format (macRoman on macintosh, utf-8 on Windows). Consequently, every time data is transferred to and from the Internet to a Macintosh, character conversion is needed.

These patches fix bugs where the conversion was not handled correctly.

manilaSuite.staticRendering.getRelativePath

This is an important issue in many European countries because accented characters frequently appear in personal and company names. Our clients do not accept that their names cannot be handled correctly.
